At 417 Precision Property Solutions, our story started long before the business did.

Josh is a true jack of all trades—completely self-taught and always figuring out how to build, fix, and improve whatever was in front of him. Over the past 10 years of marriage, that meant remodeling our own homes and even bringing big ideas to life—like building our entire indoor playground business from designs we dreamed up together.

In 2025, after a season of job changes, we took a step toward something new and decided to build something of our own. When a friend asked Josh to remodel their new business space, it became the turning point. Not only did the project turn out exactly how they hoped, but they encouraged him to start his own business.

From there, one project led to another.

Most of our growth hasn’t come from advertising—it’s come from people sharing their experience and recommending us to others. That kind of trust means everything to us, and it’s something we work hard to earn on every job.

As a family, our faith shapes the way we live and work. We believe in serving others well, being honest in everything we do, and treating people the right way—values that guide every project we take on.
